Tejaswini Hegade

Tejaswini Hegade currently serves as an Instructional Student Assistant and Graduate Research Assistant at San Diego State University, where responsibilities include supporting Professor Frank Stark in the CONE 201 class and collaborating with Dr. Thais Alves on a project for the Lean Construction Institute. Previously, Tejaswini gained experience as a Site Engineer at Om Sai Construction from August 2021 to April 2023 and completed a Project Management Internship at GlobalShala in September 2022. Tejaswini holds a Master’s degree in Construction Engineering from San Diego State University, expected in May 2025, and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Vidya Pratishthans College of Engineering, completed in June 2021.
