Lea Slusher is an accomplished arts administrator with extensive experience in artistic management and audience development. Currently serving as the Vice President of Artistic Administration and Audience Development at the San Diego Symphony since July 2018, Lea has demonstrated a strong commitment to enhancing engagement with diverse audiences. Prior to this role, Lea spent over two decades at Carnegie Hall, where responsibilities included directing artistic projects from 1994 until July 2018. Lea holds a degree from the Manhattan School of Music, further solidifying a strong foundation in the arts sector.
