Rob Arnold currently serves as the Managing Director of The Rady Shell at San Diego Symphony, overseeing all concerts, facilities, guest experiences, and rental events since July 2021. With extensive experience in venue and event management, Rob has held various roles, including Operations Manager for The Rady's Shell and National Sales Manager at Loews Hotels & Co. As a consultant since 2018, Rob has been hired for 17 consulting cases focusing on event management from conception to completion. Previous experience includes significant positions with the San Diego Padres, handling over 400 events annually at Petco Park, and founding Redzone Productions, which provided recruiting services for high school athletes. Rob's early career included roles with MTV Networks and NBC Olympics, where Rob supported major broadcast events. Rob holds a BA in Business/Communications from Tabor College.
