Michael Monroe

Michael Monroe is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience in technical recruiting and account management. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Recruiter at ServiceNow since December 2018, Michael plays a pivotal role in establishing the new Heredia, Costa Rica office, contributing to the company's ambitious growth targets. As a Founding Member of the San Diego Tech Hub, Michael is also actively engaged in fostering innovation within the tech community. Previously, Michael worked at Intuit as a Data Science Recruiter, where the company was recognized as one of Fortune magazine's "100 Best Companies to Work For." Michael's extensive background includes positions at TEKsystems, where responsibilities encompassed sourcing IT talent and developing employee retention strategies, as well as roles in sales and parts management in the automotive industry. Michael holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business Marketing from San Jose State University and an Associate's degree in Business Administration from Cabrillo College.
