Valeh Inskeep

Valeh Inskeep, LMFT, is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with extensive experience in individual, couples, and family therapy since November 2013 in a private practice setting. Specializing in evidence-based modalities including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Valeh also facilitates group therapy and provides crisis intervention. In addition to private practice, Valeh serves as a Licensed Mental Health Clinician at San Diego Unified School District, working with at-risk transitional age youth and their families. Previous experience includes a Marriage & Family Therapist Intern position at Crestwood Healing Center and as a Sheriff's Technician at Alameda County Sheriff's Department. Valeh holds a Master of Science in Counseling with a focus on Marriage and Family Therapy and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from California State University, Hayward.
