Matthew Bartolome has extensive experience in the information systems and software development fields, currently serving as an Information System Manager at the San Diego County Water Authority since April 2008. In this role, Matthew builds custom web applications and software tailored for water industry operations. Previously, as an Information Analyst, Matthew customized water management applications serving over 500 miles of pipeline, addressing various water-related issues such as asset management and hydraulic modeling. Alongside this, Matthew has been a Software Consultant at Stria since January 2001, focusing on developing web applications for document accessibility and automated workflows. Early career experience includes a position as a Senior Programmer at The San Diego Union-Tribune from April 2000 to May 2008.
