Chloe Chen

Chloe Chen is a dedicated Learning Experience Designer at San Diego Workforce Partnership, specializing in cross-sector collaborations and immersive educational project implementations. With a strong background in curriculum development, Chloe has created foundational career development courses that serve over 7,000 learners and organized impactful STEM events. Prior experience includes founding Moonrise Purpose Coaching, where Chloe guided mid-career professionals through transitions, and holding strategic roles in nonprofit fundraising and engagement at By The Hand Club For Kids. Chloe also has experience in the edtech sector, having worked in sales and training for startups and enhancing educational frameworks as an elementary teacher.
