Ellen Main

Ellen Main has a diverse work experience in the education and administrative fields. Ellen began their career in 2015 as a Student Assistant III at UC Davis, where they worked in the Office of Corporate Relations. Ellen also served as a Teaching Assistant Intern during this time. In 2016, Ellen joined UC Davis Health System as an Administrative Assistant III in the Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation department. Ellen then transitioned to the education field, working as a Student Teacher and Substitute at Dixon Unified School District from 2017 to 2018. After that, they became an 8th Grade Integrated Science and 6th/7th ASB Leadership Teacher at the same district until 2020. Ellen also gained experience as a Long Term Substitute Teacher at San Dieguito Union High School District from 2020 to 2021. Currently, they hold the position of 8th Grade Science & ASB Teacher at Pacific Trails Middle School within the same district.

Ellen Main completed their education history with a Master of Arts degree in Education from the University of California, Davis, which they attained from 2018 to 2019. Prior to that, from 2012 to 2016, they pursued a Bachelor's of Arts and Science degree in Anthropology and Spanish, also from the University of California, Davis. In addition, Ellen studied at the Universidad de Granada from 2014 to 2015, focusing on Spanish and Anthropology.
