Rene Noga

Rene Noga has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Rene began their career as a Flight Attendant for American Airlines, where they gained extensive training in emergency situations and performed various customer service and security duties on domestic and international flights. After more than three decades with the airline, they transitioned to freelance writing and was published in the San Diego Union/Tribune Newspaper from 2011 to 2013.

In 2015, Rene took on roles as a Reader/Evaluator for the SBAC Project at Measurement Inc. and as an NAEP Assessment Administrator at Westat. Rene then became a Long Term Substitute Teacher at the North County Substitute Consortium, where they taught Spanish to middle school and elementary school students using innovative methods and multimedia integration.

From 2017 to 2019, Rene worked as a Private Tutor at Idea Tutors and Grade Potential Tutoring, providing personalized academic support to students. During this time, they also served as a Long Term Substitute Teacher at the San Dieguito Union High School District, teaching Studio Art, Drawing & Painting, and adapting software programs for daily routines.

In 2019, Rene joined Encinitas Learning Center as a Cognitive Training and Tutoring specialist, where they utilized neuroscience-based methods to improve cognitive processing and assist students with academic work. Rene's most recent role was as a Dance Teacher at La Costa Canyon High School from 2017 to 2018, where they taught various dance and health classes and supported the school's dance team.

Rene Noga began their education at San Diego State University in 1988, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Education and Teaching and Coaching. Rene graduated Summa Cum Laude in 1992. Later, in 1998, Rene returned to San Diego State University to acquire a Single Subject Teacher's Credential and CLAD in Secondary Education and Teaching, completing their studies in 1999.
