Sean Sovacool has a diverse background in education and coaching. Sean started their career at Palomar College in 2005, where they served as an Adjunct Instructor and Assistant Football Coach. Their role included teaching classes in various departments and coordinating study hall for athletics. In 2010, Sean joined SDUHSD as a Teacher and Head Football Coach. Sean taught Physical Education and was also involved in the AVID program. Sean's work experience spans over a decade, showcasing their expertise in both education and coaching.

From 1999 to 2001, they then attended Fallbrook Union High School and received a Diploma. Sean attended Northern Arizona University until 2005. The following year, from 2005 to 2007, they attended California State University San Marcos, earning a Social Science Teaching Credential with a field of study in Social Science Teacher Education. Finally, from 2006 to 2008, Sean completed their Master's degree in Educational, Instructional, and Curriculum Supervision at Bakersfield College.
