Austin Moss II

Austin Moss II serves as the Senior Director of Player Affairs & Development for the San Francisco 49ers, focusing on building relationships to support players during and after their NFL careers. Prior to this role, Austin held various positions within the NFL, including Senior Manager of Football Administration & Development, where responsibilities included leading the NFL Draft Prospect Experience and overseeing the NFL College Relations program. Austin began with the NFL as a Seasonal Intern, progressing through roles such as Manager of Player Engagement, where oversight of programs and digital content management was critical. Earlier experience includes serving as a Player Representative at Pro Player Solutions and an Administrative Assistant at Brett Construction/Setzer Properties. Academic credentials include an MBA in Sport Business Management from UCF and a BA in Business Marketing from the University of Kentucky.
