Harpreet Basran

Harpreet Basran is in her tenth season with the 49ers and currently serves as Chief People Officer. In her role, she manages the human resources department, which handles all aspects of the employee life cycle including employee relations, benefits administration, compensation analysis, onboarding, employee engagement, and diversity, equity & inclusion for the team and the stadium management company.

Basran initially joined the 49ers as a human resources generalist in 2013, and held positions of increasing responsibility during her tenure with the franchise. Within the past year, she received promotion to her new C-Suite title and was named to the Silicon Valley Business Journal's 2022 Women of Influence Awards
