Brooke Jenkins

Brooke Jenkins currently serves as the District Attorney of San Francisco, a position held since July 2022, following nearly seven years as an Assistant District Attorney in the same office, where involvement included work in the Homicide Unit. Prior experience includes serving as an Associate at Bowman and Brooke, focusing on high exposure product liability and personal injury cases, and as an Assistant Director of Enforcement for the NCAA, where responsibilities included investigating violations of NCAA legislation. Earlier roles included representing companies at King and Spalding in product liability cases and serving as a Summer Associate at Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP. Educational qualifications include a Juris Doctor from the University of Chicago Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and African-American Studies from the University of California, Berkeley.
