Frank Guardado

Frank Guardado has a diverse work experience in the banking and financial industry. Frank started their career in 2006 as an Account Manager at Balboa Capital, where they focused on inside sales and business loans. In 2008, they joined Wells Fargo Bank as a Business Banking Specialist and later became a Business Banking Specialist/Assistant Manager. At Wells Fargo, they provided a range of business banking services, actively cross-sold additional products, and acquired customers' financial services business.

In 2009, Frank joined Northern Trust Corporation as an Account Manager and later served as an interim manager. Frank interacted with customers for their credit needs, reviewed loan requests, and managed account structures.

In 2016, Frank joined First Republic Bank as a Portfolio Quality Manager. Frank was responsible for overseeing the annual review and renewal underwriting process, monitoring financial and reporting covenant compliance, and managing credit risk. Frank also played a major role in the implementation of a new loan covenant monitoring system and conducted training courses for multiple departments.

Currently, Frank works at San Francisco Federal Credit Union as a Commercial and Business Services Manager, a role they started in 2023.

Frank Guardado attended San Jose State University from 2001 to 2006. Frank earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree during this time.

In addition to their degree, Frank Guardado has obtained a certification in Management Accelerator as part of the Hispanic & Latino Leadership Academy. Frank completed this certification at McKinsey & Company in March 2023.
