Chris Padula

Chris has spent more than 20 years serving in executive-level operational, philanthropy, strategic partnerships, and marketing communications roles at national and local social impact non-profit organizations. Throughout his career, Chris has advanced issues of inequities facing marginalized communities, such as poverty, homelessness, health, and education. Currently, Chris is Chief Development Officer at GLIDE, San Francisco’s iconic social justice organization. Previously, Chris was Executive Director at the Center for Youth Wellness; Vice President of Advancement for Aspire Public Schools; Executive Director at Jumpstart, an early education organization; and Vice President of Development at the Hispanic Scholarship Fund.

Chris began his career in corporate marketing and business development. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business from Bentley University and has completed executive leadership and graduate coursework in equity and inclusion, public policy, and public administration. Chris is a long-time resident of San Francisco and is an active singer of SFGMC.
