Abe Silvestri

Sr Director Of Team Operations at San Francisco Giants

Abe Silvestri has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Abe started their career in 2010 as a Camp Director at TBI (Total Baseball Instruction), where they were responsible for rebuilding the camps and overseeing marketing and staff recruitment. From 2010 to 2012, Abe worked as the Lead Project Coordinator at Cascade Prevention Coalition. In 2011, they became the High School Athletic Director at Cle Elum Roslyn High School, managing the athletic department and overseeing various responsibilities. In 2013, Abe joined Washington State University as the Director of Baseball Operations. Abe held this position until 2015 when they transitioned to the San Francisco Giants organization. At the Giants, Abe served in multiple roles including Visiting Clubhouse Manager, Director of Team Travel & Clubhouse Operations, and currently, as the Sr Director of Team Operations.

Abe Silvestri earned a Master's Degree in Athletic Administration with a focus on Leadership & Sports Psychology from Central Washington University from 2009 to 2011. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Education degree in Elementary Education, with a specialization in Reading, from the same university, during the period 2005 to 2008. Abe's education journey began with an Associate of Arts degree in General Studies from Edmonds College, which they completed from 2000 to 2002.
