With a background as Manager of Talent Acquisition at Prosper Marketplace, where Darron focused on employer branding and operational efficiency, Darron also held positions at Clara Lending as Senior Lead Recruiter, Zendrive as Recruiting Operations Manager, Coit Group as Senior Recruiter/Training Manager, Chief People as Senior Technical Recruiter, and PrincetonOne as Account Executive/Technical Recruiter. Darron holds a BA in Psychology with a Minor in Business Marketing from the University of San Francisco.
