Francisco Rodriguez

Francisco Rodriguez is a seasoned mental performance specialist currently serving as the Mental Performance Coordinator and Mental Skills Coach for the San Francisco Giants since January 2020, where responsibilities include providing mental skills training to players and staff, with a focus on the Minor Leagues, and creating online content for mindset development. Previously, Francisco worked as the Assistant Mental Performance Coach for the Toronto Blue Jays from February to November 2019, offering mindfulness training and applying ACT therapy principles to enhance player motivation and focus. In addition to sports psychology expertise, Francisco served as the President of Consisco SAS from June 2013 to July 2015, overseeing operations and logistics in a construction company. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Sports, Exercise and Performance Psychology from Barry University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Arizona State University.
