Ken's background includes supervising guest services for the San Francisco Giants and providing marketing consultancy for non-profits, focusing on membership growth and event attendance. Previous roles include strategic marketing positions at several credit unions, where Ken developed and executed marketing strategies that significantly improved brand awareness and operational efficiency.
