Rocky Koplik's work experience includes various managerial roles in the sports industry. Rocky started their career as a Ticket Services Representative for the San Francisco Giants in 1998 and eventually became a Client Relations Executive, responsible for selling season tickets and managing accounts. In 2003, they became the Manager of Premium Seating Services, overseeing the management of high-revenue club and field club seat clients. Rocky then progressed to become the Director of Premium Seating, where they developed strategic pricing based on data analysis to drive sales and maximize revenue. From there, they served as the Senior Director of Sales Strategy, contributing to key sales strategies that resulted in maintaining the MLB's longest current sellout streak and franchise revenue records. In 2015, they became the Vice President of Sales Strategy & Retention, setting priorities and leading business analytics efforts to maximize revenue for the San Francisco Giants. Most recently, they served as the Vice President of Business Analytics, leading the establishment of the Business Analytics department and implementing a new data infrastructure and technology stack. Alongside their tenure with the San Francisco Giants, Rocky also worked as a Radio & Television Broadcaster for the San Jose Giants and as a Box Office Manager for the San Jose Giants Baseball Club.
From 1992 to 1996, Rocky Koplik attended Cornell University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Consumer Economics & Housing.
