Joanne Holland

Joanne Holland is a retired individual who has had an extensive career in social work and management roles. Joanne served as the DEI Operations Manager and Senior Manager at San Francisco Health Plan, as well as the Director at RTZ Systems. Prior to that, Joanne worked as a Social Worker at various organizations such as On Lok, Family Service Agency, and St. Anthony Foundation. Joanne holds a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from the University of San Francisco and a Bachelor of Arts in Government from Saint Mary's College. Joanne also served as the Intake Manager/Commission Secretary at San Francisco Department of Aging and Adult Services, where Joanne participated in planning and evaluating services for older adults and adults with disabilities in San Francisco County.
