Stephanie Peterson

Stephanie Peterson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in data analysis, project management, and health communication. Currently serving as a Senior Data Analyst in Business Analytics at San Francisco Health Plan since August 2012, Stephanie leverages a strong understanding of managed care principles to support critical business needs and independently manage business analytics projects. Previous roles at San Francisco Health Plan include Senior Project Manager/Business Systems Analyst and Provider Contract Analyst, where Stephanie focused on claims production issues, claims enhancement projects, and the negotiation of provider contracts. Stephanie also has a background in health communication, having worked as a consultant for Northeastern University and as a project manager for the USDA HEALTH Study at Tufts University. Stephanie holds a Master of Science in Health Communications from Tufts University School of Medicine and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of New Hampshire.
