Susan O'Keefe

Susan O'Keefe is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in enrollment and operations management. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Enrollment & Outreach Services at San Francisco Health Plan since February 2019, Susan oversees Enrollment Services staff and operations, focusing on team development and performance. Previously, as Vice President of Operations at Sweet and Baker Insurance Brokers / Hub International from November 2005 to May 2018, Susan managed office operations, supervised multiple department managers across various insurance sectors, and coordinated IT consultant efforts. Susan holds a BA in Business/Managerial Economics and Art History from Rutgers University, as well as a Professional Certificate in Human Resources Management from Rutgers Business School.
