Isabella Blasi

Isabella Blasi is a skilled professional with extensive experience in workforce equity and policy analysis within government agencies. Currently serving as a Senior Workforce Equity Analyst at the City and County of San Francisco's Human Services Agency since October 2020, Isabella previously held roles including Innovation Specialist at the California State Compensation Insurance Fund and Enterprise and Policy Analyst at the California Department of Social Services. Within the Department, significant contributions involved identifying policy issues related to CalWORKs services and developing actionable recommendations. Additional experience includes working as an Innovation Specialist with the California Health & Human Services Agency and participating in community-based research on migration and health with the Center for Comparative Immigration Studies. Isabella holds a Bachelor of Arts in Urban Studies/Affairs from UC San Diego and completed a Business for Arts, Sciences and Engineering program at UC Berkeley.
