Izzy Clayter is an experienced professional in policy analysis and program evaluation, currently serving as a Senior Planning Analyst and Policy Consultant at the City and County of San Francisco's Human Services Agency since January 2021, focusing on anti-poverty initiatives. Previously, Izzy worked as a Graduate Research Analyst at the California Policy Lab, contributing to data-driven solutions for critical societal issues. Earlier experience includes a role as a Graduate Student Consultant at Scioto Analysis and various positions at Affirm, Inc., where responsibilities spanned market development and new business strategies. Izzy holds a Master of Public Policy from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Duke University, supported by further educational accolades as part of the Alice M.
