Anthony Mickens

Anthony Mickens is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in nonprofit management and organizational leadership. Currently serving as a Senior Management Assistant at San Francisco International Airport, Anthony focuses on safety management, compliance, and wildlife hazard mitigation. Previously, as Senior Philanthropic Partnerships Manager at Resilia, Anthony enhanced nonprofit performance through innovative SaaS solutions. As Executive Director of Seven Tepees Youth Program, Anthony established the organization’s vision for youth development, oversaw fundraising efforts, and managed various program areas. Anthony also contributed significantly to First Graduate in multiple roles, including Director of Programs, where effective leadership led to significant programmatic growth. Anthony's early career included a Community Partnership Liaison role at the John W. Gardner Center for Youth and Their Communities and an Associate Director position at San Francisco Conservation Corps, focusing on youth development and program management. Anthony holds a degree in Psychology and Film Studies from Claremont McKenna College.
