Michelle Caulfield

Michelle Caulfield has extensive experience in administrative and operational roles, currently serving as the Smelter Management Senior Administrative Assistant at Freeport McMoRan since May 2011. In addition to this position, Michelle has worked as an Independent Consultant for Arbonne International since March 2013, and has been a dedicated Firefighter and Emergency Medical Technician for Tonto Basin Fire District since May 2002. Previous roles include Field & Staffing Supervisor at Accent Care from May 2010 to May 2011, and Team Leader for Safety at Freeport-McMoRan from March 2008 to May 2010. Michelle's background also includes experience as a Heavy Equipment Operator in both Smelter Special Projects and Open Pit Mining. Michelle completed education at Eastern Arizona College from 2000 to 2004.
