Jonathan Nelly

Jonathan Nelly is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in HR management and training. Currently serving as the Manager of Human Resources and Training at the San Francisco Office of the Assessor-Recorder since December 2016, Jonathan previously held the position of HR Project Manager at the City and County of San Francisco's Department of Human Resources from January 2012 to December 2016. Additionally, Jonathan served as a Senior Client Services Consultant/Functional Project Lead during that time and worked as a Processing Unit Supervisor at the San Francisco Recreation & Parks Department from August 2010 to January 2012. Jonathan began the career as a Client Services Consultant at the Department of Human Resources between August 2006 and August 2010. Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from San Francisco State University, awarded in 1998, and graduated from Lowell High School with a diploma in 1993.
