Nancy Hom

Nancy Hom has over two decades of experience in financial management and oversight across various organizations. Most recently, Nancy served as Chief Financial Officer and Assistant General Manager at the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission from November 2008 to June 2023, where responsibilities included direction of multiple bureaus such as Financial Services and Customer Services. Prior roles included Deputy Chief Financial Officer at the same commission, Chief Financial Officer for the Department of Child Support Services, and Principal Business & Budget Analyst for the Office of the Controller in San Francisco. Nancy began a career in finance with positions at Gap, Inc. and Siebel Systems, Inc. Nancy holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with concentrations in Finance and Internal Audit and a Professional Certificate in Project Management, both from San Francisco State University.
