Chad Nico Hiu

Chad Nico Hiu serves as the Senior Vice President of Strategy, Equity & Impact at YMCA of San Francisco and is a member of the Board of Directors for the San Francisco AIDS Foundation and a trustee at The Tyler Clementi Foundation. Hiu's extensive experience includes roles such as co-chair of the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee on the Board of Directors at Howard Brown Health and Senior Director of Diversity & Inclusion at YMCA of the USA. Hiu has also contributed to the boards of several organizations, including Chicago Fair Trade, and participated in various committees focused on governance and community collaboration. Hiu holds a Master of Science in Organizational Management and Leadership from Springfield College and a recent certificate in Human Centered Artificial Intelligence from Stanford Continuing Studies.
