Christopher Campbell

Christopher Campbell is the Natural Resources Manager for the City and County of San Francisco since November 2022, with an extensive career at the San Francisco Recreation & Parks Department starting in October 1996. Throughout this tenure, Christopher has held various roles including Natural Resources Specialist - Supervisor, Acting Natural Resources Manager, and Chief Natural Resource Specialist, focusing on community-based habitat restoration involving volunteers and contract crews to manage and restore over 1,100 acres of native ecosystems across 32 parks. Christopher's educational background includes MA coursework in Resource Management and Environmental Planning from San Francisco State University and two Bachelor of Arts degrees in Geography and Geology/Earth Science from the University at Albany.
