Inke Noël is a seasoned design professional and founder of InkëDesign & Consulting, established in January 2002, specializing in strategic design for public agencies and organizations focused on positive societal impact. With extensive experience, Inke has served as a branding consultant and graphic designer for the San Francisco Recreation & Parks Department and has contributed to the rebranding efforts for organizations such as Napa Valley Transportation Authority and VINE Transit. As an experience designer for the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission, Inke played a vital role in creating design guidelines aimed at enhancing user engagement and educational outreach. Previous roles include user interface design for the San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency and a multifaceted approach to website design and marketing for Sunforce Solutions Intl. Inc. Inke's educational background includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Business & International Affairs from Skidmore College, completed in 1999.

The San Francisco Recreation and Park Department’s Mission is to provide enriching recreational activities, maintain beautiful parks and preserve the environment for the well-being of everyone in our diverse community. The San Francisco Recreation and Park Department administers more than 220 parks, playgrounds, and open spaces, including two outside the city limits-- Camp Mather in Yosemite Valley and Sharp Park in Pacifica, Calif. Our park system includes 25 recreation centers, nine swimming pools, five golf courses and numerous tennis courts, ball diamonds, soccer fields and other sports venues. Included in the department’s responsibilities are the Marina Yacht Harbor, the San Francisco Zoo, and Lake Merced. Our staff members are diverse, committed and talented recreation and park professionals, from gardeners, foresters, and recreation leaders to park patrol officers, custodians, electricians, painters, and more.
