Dan Cooperman

Dan Cooperman is an accomplished executive and board member with extensive experience in governance and strategic consulting. Currently serving on the Board of Directors for Molina Healthcare, Inc., and as Chair of its Compliance Committee, Cooperman also acts as a Strategic Advisor at Institutional Venture Partners and Chair of the Advisory Board at the Markkula Center for Applied Ethics. Additionally, Cooperman holds positions on the Board of Governors and the Executive Committee of the San Francisco Symphony, as well as on the Board of Directors for both The Peninsula Golf & Country Club and the Carmel Bach Festival. Past roles include chairing the Audit Committee at Zoox and providing advisory support for Best Lawyers. An experienced educator, Cooperman has taught at Stanford Law School and is a graduate of Stanford Law School, Stanford Graduate School of Business, and Dartmouth College.
