Rachel Kirley

Rachel Kirley, CFRE, CAP, is an accomplished fundraising professional currently serving as the Deputy Director of Development and Individual Giving at the San Francisco Symphony since October 2020, where management of a portfolio of 45-50 Major Gift and Planned Giving prospects is essential. Previously, Rachel held the role of Development Director and Capital Campaign Director at the Cincinnati Playhouse in the Park, focusing on major supporter relationships and capital campaign success, respectively. Additional experience includes Director of Individual Giving and Donor Services, and Director of Major Gifts at the Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra. Rachel began her career as Individual Giving Manager at the Portland Opera and held various operational roles in the arts sector. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Arts Administration from The University of Akron and a Bachelor's degree in Theatre from The College of Wooster, along with ongoing professional development in philanthropy from The American College of Financial Services.
