Stephen Mouton

Stephen Mouton, PsyD, MBA is a Clinical Psychologist and Policy Liaison at San Gabriel/Pomona Regional Center. Stephen serves as the Chairman of LA County MOU Liaison meetings for Regional Centers and has developed the Mental Health Provider Program (MHPP). Stephen is also a member of the Mental Health Task Force in Sacramento, CA. In their past, Stephen ran a private practice as a Clinical Psychologist before retiring. Stephen holds an MBA from USC Marshall School of Business and a Doctor of Psychology in Clinical Psychology from Ryokan College.
