Annah Karam

Annah Karam is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at San Gorgonio Memorial Hospital since May 2015. Karam's role involves comprehensive planning and implementation of HR functions, ensuring compliance across departments, and overseeing various HR systems, including employee relations and recruitment. Previous positions include Director of Recruitment Services at Daughters of Charity Health System, Employment Services Manager at St. Vincent Medical Center, and Manager of Human Resources at AltaMed Health Services. In addition to extensive HR experience, Karam has served as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Southern California's Sol Price School of Public Policy. Karam holds a JD from Glendale University College of Law and an MBA in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix, among other educational qualifications.
