Daniel Byars

Daniel Byars has extensive experience in higher education administration, currently serving as the Leadership Development Manager and previously as the Student Engagement and Activities Coordinator at San Jacinto College since January 2016. Prior roles include Assistant Director of Student Leadership and Activities and Assistant Housing Director at Blinn College from July 2012 to January 2016, and Hall Director at Stephen F. Austin State University from July 2010 to July 2012. Daniel's early career included serving as Resident Manager at Sam Houston State University from August 2008 to July 2010. Daniel holds a Master of Arts in Higher Education Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Music and Psychology, both from Sam Houston State University.
