Kate Golm

Kate Golm has over two decades of experience in training and instructional development, primarily with General Motors from March 2018 to March 2025, where roles included Leadership Development Manager and Learning Leader for Engineering Training & Support. In these positions, Kate supervised a large team of project managers and instructional developers, serving as a Subject Matter Expert in instructional tools and processes. Prior experience includes serving as Dealer Training Supervisor at ES3, where responsibilities encompassed managing eLearning course development, and as IT Training Consultant at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, contributing to numerous instructional development and technical writing projects for GM and DaimlerChrysler. Kate holds a Bachelor of Science in Technical and Scientific Communication and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Mechanical Design Engineering from Michigan Technological University.
