San Joaquin County Office of Education
Connor Sloan, Ed.D., is an accomplished educational leader currently serving as the Assistant Superintendent at the San Joaquin County Office of Education since May 2021. In this role, Connor leads major programs including the Court and Community School and various educational initiatives focused on foster youth and homelessness, as well as workforce and adult education. Prior experience includes serving as Division Director of Early Education & Support, Director II of Coordinated Services for Educational Programs, and Director of LCAP at Stockton Unified School District. Educational qualifications include a Ph.D. in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of the Pacific, a Master's Degree in Educational Leadership from San José State University, and a Bachelor's degree in Communication from the University of Puget Sound.
