Emily Kneeland serves as the Program Manager of the Air Quality Planning team at the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District, managing the development and implementation of air quality improvement strategies. Previously, Emily held the position of Senior Air Quality Specialist, providing mentorship and lead direction to colleagues in air quality strategy development. Emily began in various Air Quality Specialist roles, where responsibilities included developing control strategies to achieve national air quality standards and managing technology advancement programs. Emily's early experience includes an internship at Westway Feed Products LLC and a role as a Student Assistant at California State University, Fresno, where support was provided to a visually impaired student. Emily holds a Bachelor's degree in Animal Sciences from California State University, Fresno.
