Theresa Paserb

Theresa Paserb has an extensive background in health services and education. Currently serving as an Off-Site Subject Specialist at the Distance Education Accrediting Commission since August 2017, Theresa also fulfills the role of Adjunct Faculty and Academic Coach at San Joaquin Valley College-Online since April 2006, focusing on instruction and course development. Previously, from February 2001 to March 2018, Theresa worked as a Physician Recruiter at CalvertHealth Medical Center, overseeing the full-cycle recruitment of physicians. Theresa's military experience includes 20 years in the United States Navy, where roles encompassed health care administration within various medical facilities and recruitment commands. Theresa holds a Master of Science in Administration with a focus on Health Services Administration from Central Michigan University and a Bachelor of Science in Health Care Administration/Management from Southern Illinois University, complemented by an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree from Suffolk County Community College.
