Mark Hatcher

Mark Hatcher is an experienced professional with a diverse background in security, consulting, and nonprofit leadership. Currently serving as the Physical Infrastructure Security Leader at San Jose Water, Mark oversees security measures for one of the largest urban water systems in the U.S. As the Founder and CEO of Innovative Homeless Solutions, Mark has developed a data-driven platform aimed at mitigating homelessness through improved service coordination. Prior roles include Principal at 4D Partners LLC, where Mark provided consulting for high-profile projects, and Vice President at CityCheers Media, where responsibilities included managing product portfolios in the fintech space. Mark's extensive career in public service includes significant roles at the Santa Clara County District Attorney's Office, where system improvements and performance metrics were advanced. Mark's early career also involved managing global intellectual property security at Intel Corporation. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from San Jose State University.
