Tommy Rodriguez Sr. has extensive experience as a Design Engineer, currently serving at San Jose Water since September 1974, with a prior role at Trailmobile International Ltd where Tommy designed truck trailer vans. Earlier, Tommy worked at San Jose Water Company on pipeline design and cost estimation, and as an Assistant Engineer at C. K. Mossman Construction Co., contributing to the Hwy 92 & Hwy 101 Overpass project. Tommy holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil and Industrial Engineering from San Jose State University, an Associate of Science Degree in Civil Engineering, and a Certificate in Civil Engineering from Cabrillo College, along with a high school diploma in Engineering from Watsonville High School.
