Angela Campbell

Angela Campbell, MSHI, RHIA, FAHIMA, is an accomplished academic and professional in health information technology with a robust teaching background. Currently serving as an Assistant Professor at San Juan College since August 2019, Campbell spearheads the design and delivery of online courses in Health Information Technology, ensuring quality and engagement through adherence to Quality Matters standards. In addition to the role at San Juan College, Campbell has held adjunct instructor positions at The College of Health Care Professions and other institutions while previously serving as Assistant Director and HIPAA Privacy Officer at Eastern Illinois University, where management of health insurance policies and compliance initiatives were key responsibilities. With a solid educational foundation that includes a Master's degree in Healthcare Informatics and Bachelor's degrees in Health Information Administration and General Studies, Campbell demonstrates a commitment to advancing the field through curriculum development and faculty training.
