Paola Pino Najarro

Paola Pino Najarro has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Paola currently works as the Head of Human Resources at Casa Hospital San Juan de Dios since March 2020. Prior to this, they founded Rhumaniza in March 2019.

From July 2019 to March 2020, Paola worked as the Head of Human Resources/HRBP at Andreani Grupo Logístico, where they were responsible for the development and implementation of HR policies related to personnel administration, recruitment and selection, training and development, organization, climate and culture, and compensation and benefits.

Paola also worked as a Adjunct Professor at Universidad de Morón (Oficial) from July 2018 to December 2019.

Lastly, Paola worked at Manpower Inc. from August 2004 to March 2007 as the Responsible for HR administration, where they were involved in payroll management, personnel administration, and HR advisory for both large and small companies. Paola also worked as a Service Representative, handling accounts for five-star hotels and large organizations, conducting recruitment and selection, and providing HR advice.

Paola Pino Najarro completed their education as follows:

- In 2001 to 2007, they attended Universidad de Morón (Oficial) and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources with a focus on Economics.

- From 2010 to 2011, they pursued a postgraduate program in Human Resources Management at UADE.

- In 2022, they attended Universidad Austral, Buenos Aires, where they completed a Diploma in Communication and Cultural Transformation. The specific field of study for this program is not mentioned.
