Michael Malone

Michael Malone has extensive experience in quality systems management and data analysis, currently serving as the Manager of Quality Systems at San Juan Regional Medical Center since March 1997. Notable achievements include conducting predictive analyses for various CMS and New Mexico health programs and providing valuable insights through the organization’s Health Information SAP platform. Malone has coordinated multiple executive committees focused on quality improvement and safety, facilitated numerous process improvement projects, and served as an internal auditor for ISO9001:2008. Additionally, Malone has experience as a financial analyst and accountant, complemented by advanced education in organizational leadership and project management, alongside a Green Belt in process improvement.
