Kerri Heusler

Kerri Heusler is an experienced housing professional currently serving as the Housing Division Manager for the City of San Leandro since June 2023. Prior to this role, Kerri held the same title at the City of Cupertino from August 2016 to May 2023, after serving as a Senior Housing Planner in the same city. Kerri's career in housing began with various roles, including Planning Commissioner for the Town of Danville and Outreach Project Supervisor for the City of Pleasant Hill and the 511 Contra Costa Program. Additional experience includes working as a Development Specialist at the San Francisco Redevelopment Agency and as a Program Manager for the Tri-Valley Housing Opportunity Center. Kerri's early career involved an internship in the Housing Division for the City of Pleasanton and volunteer work as a Case Manager with the Jesuit Volunteer Corps, focusing on community outreach for HIV/AIDS support. Kerri holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of California, Berkeley.
