Michael Yuen

Michael Yuen has over 20 years of experience in financial management and administration. Michael is currently serving as the Finance Director for the City of San Leandro. Prior to this role, Michael held various positions at the Superior Court of California, County of San Francisco, including Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer. In these roles, they were responsible for formulating and implementing policies, overseeing financial resources, and developing budget controls. Before joining the court, Michael worked as a Senior Fiscal & Policy Analyst for the City and County of San Francisco and as a Senior Budget Analyst for the Judicial Council of California. Michael began their career as a Program Analyst at the United Way of the Bay Area.

Michael Yuen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from Illinois State University. Michael also has a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree from San Francisco State University.
