Jeff Sloane

Jeff Sloane currently serves as Principal of Bancroft Middle School within the San Leandro Unified School District, a position held since July 2023. Prior experience includes serving as Assistant Principal and Head of the Science Department at San Francisco Unified School District from August 2014 to July 2023, and as a Job Retention Specialist at Bridges From School To Work of the Marriott Foundation for People with Disabilities from April 2009 to July 2013. Earlier career experience includes working as a Residential Counselor for youth at the Seneca Center Community Treatment Facility. Jeff Sloane holds a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership from the University of California, Berkeley, a Master’s degree in Secondary Education and Teaching from the University of San Francisco, and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
