Stephanie Kohl

Stephanie Kohl has extensive experience in education, having served as a teacher in various school districts, including San Leandro Unified School District from 2001 until retirement in May 2019, and prior roles at Hayward Unified School District and Castro Valley Unified School District. Since 2006, Kohl has also worked as a teacher trainer and health science instructor for the Alameda County Office of Education, specializing in maximum security and therapeutic units. In addition to teaching, Kohl has been a member of the California Teachers Association since January 2013, serving on the Commission on Teacher Credentialing, which involves oversight of professional competency cases. Kohl holds multiple Master of Education degrees from California State University-East Bay and Saint Mary's College of California, focusing on educational psychology and instructional supervision.
